Arsenal and France defender William Gallas left his national team’s hearts briefly in their collective mouths on Sunday after crashing and rolling his buggy during a ‘team-bonding’ race at the French World Cup training camp in Tignes.
However, the 32-year-old centre-back emerged from the kart without any serious injuries – merely suffering a small abrasion to his left hand.

Class way for team bonding on verge of a World Cup. From what I remember of the bonding in 2006, the players all bonded together and ignored Domenach.
Can you imagine the flack Fabio Capello would get for doing that? Then again, could you imagine Capello being stupid enough to do it in the first place?
I couldn’t either.
