Samir Nasri Out For A Month With Knee Injury

AFTER the relentless wave of horribly smug Arsenal Tweets – ‘The Yids have bottled it, LOL!’ – during last night’s Young Boys laughterfest, it obviously gives me no pleasure to report that Samir Nasri is out for up to four weeks with a faaacked knee.

An official Arsenal statement read: “Arsenal midfielder Samir Nasri will today undergo minor surgery on his knee following a meniscal injury sustained during the match against Liverpool on Sunday.

“Nasri, who has been in impressive form, will be out of action for a month.”

No pleasure at all.

im an arsenal fan who reads your website, i like it because even though you are a spurs fan you still take a fairly unbiased stance, less of this please.

Your windups are usually mildly amusing Ollie and you do come across as quite level-headed but stop behaving like a prat. Muppet fan-tweets should’t make you wish injury on players.

  6. Alfie says:

oh come on arsenal fans, if anything it’s an ironic, light hearted and tounge in cheek, imitating what rival fans do to eachother, it’s not like it’s gonna end nasri’s career

  7. David says:

Even as a Spurs fan, I’d never make light of a player’s injury. Ollie, you’re a twat.
