Arsenal Expect Aaron Ramsey To Return To Action Next Month

By Chris Wright

What do you look like sunshine?

In an update to the news that Pies first brought to you last week, Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey has revealed that he is on schedule to return to the first-team fold at some point next month – although he will allow the club’s medical staff to make the final judgement on his fitness – after suffering a horrific leg break back in February;

“I think it depends on the individual, sometimes people like to take a bit longer to make sure everything is spot on and some people want to get back as soon as they can.

I am just going with what the staff are saying here. I trust them and I am just doing the best I can at this moment in time. I am just doing my pre-season work now, trying to get a bit of spring back in my right leg, but apart from that all is going well so far.

I have been doing strengthening exercises and those sorts of things for a long time now and I am starting to feel the benefits. I am now outside training with the fitness coach. It feels great to be back outside and kicking the ball around again. I think I am on track, the target is November time.

I am a very motivated guy and I have missed it a lot. It has made me realise how much it means to me. I just want to get back out there and start doing what I used to do.”

Good luck kidder, just don’t rush it y’hear.
