At half-time, with the score at 0-0 and Villa having been denied a certain penalty, I lumped on Chelsea (a mighty £2!) to outscore Villa in the second half. Easy money, I thought: Villa will fade, Chelsea will do its usual overpowering thang. And so it proved. Utterly predictable. Still, I won a few quid.

To sum up: It was a terrible match on an even more terrible pitch, notable only for a terrible tackle by a terrible man.
