Off the pitch, one of the biggest winners in this World Cup has been Sara Carbonero, the TV reporter girlfriend of Spain goalkeeper Iker Casillas. Some sections of the media seem to find it weird that she has to interview her boyfriend, for example after Spain lost to Switzerland in their opening match, but she’s been nothing but professional and has done her career the world of good in South Africa.

She also wins the ‘Most photographed journalist at the World Cup’ award by some distance.

   Not my type Iker can have her. I hate how at every post-match interview she instructs the cameraman to make sure we just a tiny bit of her when she’s interviewing Del Bosque. Obviously another self-indulgent bitch who tells her self 10x in the mirror each morning how fantastic she is.
