I suppose it was to be expected that people like Allardyce would miss the point and focus on a few contentious words used by Murphy.
Anyone with half a brain will remember that Danny Murphy didn’t suggest that managers give their players direct instructions to injure players. What he did say was the attitude instilled in players by Allardyce et al inevitably leads to recklessness which, in turn, leads to injuries.
