Wait, you get points for cards? That doesn’t make sense. Get the most red cards and you’ll have the most fair play points, no?

Imagine is Fellaini hadn’t been such an awkward bugger (or targeted by the referees a little harshly at times), Everton may have been on top. Not that this really means much I suppose. It is interesting to see though.

Is it really necessary to draw a conclusion between bigger clubs getting the decisions go their way and this? and due to this perhaps the bigger clubs had less need to get all funny towards the ref and their opponents … hmmmm …
It does actually resemble a regular league table (Liverpool are 4th for a start) …
