Which manager fills you with confidence? Clue: it’s not the man who looks like an insurance salesman

Burnley fans gave Owen Coyle a predictably ‘Judasy’ reception at the Reebok, but for all the banners and pantomime jeering, it was Coyle and his new team that laughed last. Chung-Yong Lee’s winning goal, scored in the 35th minute, earned the home team a vital three points; Coyle’s replacement at Turf Moor, Brian Laws, is still looking for his first victory. Uh-oh. Already, there seems to be a gathering gloom at Burnley in the post-Coyle era – the Scot is a winner, Laws less so.
