Cardiff beat Derby 2-0 in the Championship yestereve to all but seal their spot in the play-offs, and their second goal of the night was definitely worthy of a repeat viewing…
Said Hudson after the game:
“I’ve asked for the video, it’s a moment in your career that never normally happens. I did mean it, it was more the crowd that shouted ‘shoot’ and I realised that he [Derby ‘keeper Frankie Fielding] was off his line and I thought I’d try my luck, try and middle it and see where it goes.”
“I caught it sweet and it managed to go in. When it went in I was more shocked, I looked around to see if anyone was jumping up and down.
“I just saw Marshy [Cardiff ‘keeper David Marshall] run from his goal, but I just couldn’t believe it went in, I couldn’t even tell you my feelings.”
Go on, tell us your feelings you little tease.
