Indeed, Diego’s strike was so impressive that Barcelona coach Tata Martino admitted after the game that he struggled not to celebrate when it flew in past his ‘keeper!
Barca then toiled away and finally nabbed themselves an equaliser 15-ish minutes later when a fine pass from Andres Iniesta cleaved the Atleti defence in twain and Neymar popped a curling shot past Thibaut Courtois…
