Turkish giants Besiktas endured a horror evening away to Dynamo Kiev on Tuesday night, going down 6-0 and picking up two red cards.

The first-half saw Andreas Beck sent off on 29 minutes for conceding a penalty, with the visitors shipping four goals in a nightmare 45 minutes which had a shell-shocked goalkeeper Fabricio unable to hold back the tears.

The first-half goals came via Artem Besedin, Andriy Yarmolenko (via the spot-kick awarded after Beck’s foul), Vitaliy Buyalskiy and then, in stoppage time before the break, Derlis González.

And it was that fourth goal which upset 31-year-old Fabricio, with the Spaniard weeping with misery…

Who says footballers don’t care!!! The poor sod.

Things would get even worse for the Turks after the break, with Serhiy Sydorchuk and Moraes making it 6-0 for Kiev after Vincent Aboubakar picked up Besiktas’ second red of the evening.

The result saw Besiktas miss out on a place in the last 16, finishing third, which maybe explains Fabrizio’s waterworks. Kiev, despite the thumping win, finish bottom of the group

Quick – update the spelling of Besiktas to Beşiktaş before the angry fan returns!

That Kiev will come to Turkey and will see honourful play without buying referee

Ah, your first time being interested in football? I’m sorry to say they already did go to Turkey, I mean, Dinamo did, the city of Kiev is kind of anchored in place. Ended 1-1.

      • xAave says:

interested more than your age. This time will be different. Because when a stupid penalty is given and all Kiev footballers also know this is stupid and still play to score like they will go to 2nd round. They had no respect as a footballer. They have no empathy. They scored from stupid penalty and also from offside.

Oh he knows how fans will welcome him back in Turkey.

@Si – I’m adding some ş’s in case he comes back: şşşşşşşşşşşşşşşşşşşşşşşşşşşşşşşşşşş. Here, take it and forgive us for not respecting Turkish culture enough!
