Arsenal fans to wave fake cash at Ashley Cole

Cole_1 Chelsea‘s Ashley Cole will be greeted by a shower of fake £20 notes when he faces former club Arsenal on Sunday. An email has been circulating urging Gooners to cut out the notes – which feature Cole’s head rather than the Queen’s -  and "wave them in the direction of greedy little Cashley Hole".

The notes bear the signature of Peter Kenyon as Chief Cashier and are marked Bank of Russia. A rent-a-quote told The Sun: "The whole thing is just a bit of banter but it’s had a lot of support from the fans. Thousands were dished out at the last home game against Tottenham and the plan is to wave them whenever Cole gets the ball." [Via The Sun]

See Cashley supplementing his income here.
