In English (a language you should be vaguely familiar with) we put adjectives in front of the nouns (or noun clauses) they modify.

It’s a Cup. What kind of Cup? A World Cup. What kind of World Cup? A Club World Cup.

World Club Cup sounds wrong, is awkward to say, and is freaking wrong.
