Mario Balotelli has been axed from Inter Milan’s squad for tonight’s Champions League clash with Chelsea – following a ‘massive arguement’ with coach, Jose Mourinho.

Mourinho seemed to have dropped the 19-year-old gobshite striker under somewhat mysterious circumstances (although it wouldn’t take a genius to guess!), but an Inter spokesman has now revealed the reason for the troublesome teenager’s omission.

“Balotelli wasn’t called because he had a massive argument with Jose [Mourinho]. They are having a personal feud and even though [Mourinho] thinks he is talented, he has made it clear that he will not tolerate his terrible attitude.

Mourinho had enough of his behaviour and couldn’t risk jeopardizing the most important game of our season.”

This isn’t the first time ‘The Special One’ has come to blows with ‘Super Mario’, the most recent example being a blazing touchline row during Inter’s Coppa Italia clash with Fiorentina in February, after Mourinho was left seething at the young forward’s reluctance to fulfil his defensive duties. The spat ended with Balotelli being substituted, throwing down his gloves as he bypassed the bench and storming off into the Inter dressing room.
