Chelsea drew 1-1 with RZ Pellets WAC (also known, rather confusingly, as AC Wolfsberger) in a pre-season friendly in Austria last night, with the Blues solitary goal scored by 17-year-old midfielder Jeremie Boga in the 83rd minute – and a beauty it was too.
Having picked the ball up inside his own half, Boga went on a headlong stampede up the pitch, skinning a couple of defenders before taking advantage of a fortuitous rebound to charge into the area and steer a shot past the WAC ‘keeper…
Cracking stuff.
Boga Jonito, if you will.
