After arriving on these shores from Anzhi in 2013, Chelsea winger Willian did the done thing and immediately sought to immerse himself in the London scene by taking in a West End show.
That show was the Michael Jackson “Thriller Live” production, which the Brazilian has since admitted he’s seen more times than is probably necessary after falling smitten.
“The first time I went to a musical in London I loved it,” Willian told The Sun.
“Now whenever I have free time I go. I’ve seen ‘Thriller Live’ more than ten times.
“I like dancing a lot, and I’ve never seen anyone as good as Michael Jackson.”
More than ten times? Crikey! He’s only been at Chelsea for a year and a bit – that’s a rate of roughly one Thriller-per-month since September 2013!
