N’Golo Kante has signed a new long-term contract at Chelsea that will tie the pocket-sized midfield dreadnought to the club for the next fives years.
The French international has graciously agreed to let the Blues shovel £290,000 into his bank account every seven days from today right up until the summer of 2023.

Speaking to the club website, Kante himself had this to say on the matter at hand:
I’m happy to extend my time with Chelsea, it has been two beautiful years and I wish for more to come.
Since I came, I completely improved as a player, challenged myself and got some awards I never thought about.
I like the city, I like the club and I am happy to be here for more time.
Two-time Premier League winner, World Cup winner, FA Cup Winner, PFA and FWA Player of the Year, Premier League Player of the Season, Leicester City Players’ Player of the Year, Chelsea Players’ Player of the Year, Chelsea Player of the Year outright – all in the space of the last three years – and the most precious little virgin angel off the pitch as well.
It’s little wonder Kante is loved wherever he goes.
