After Round 3 of the FA Cup failed to throw up too many mouth-watering ties, we were hoping for Monday evening’s 4th Round draw to throw up some crackers.

However, the FA’s ball-twiddlers for the night on BT Sport, Michael Owen and Martin Keown, failed to conjure up any real corkers, instead picking out a smorgasbord of mediocre clashes.

Holders Manchester United face the 2013 winners Wigan Athletic at Old Trafford while Premier League leaders Chelsea host Championship side Brentford.

Elsewhere, Arsenal face a tricky away trip to either fellow top-flight side Southampton, who already dumped the Gunners out of the EFL Cup, or Norwich City while Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City will travel to either Crystal Palace or Bolton Wanderers.

Tottenham will play League Two side Wycombe Wanderers at White Hart Lane and Liverpool will host Wolves, if the Reds can overcome Plymouth Argyle in their 3rd Round replay, that is.

Here’s the rather disappointing draw in full…
