After belting home a glorious half-volley in Milan’s 2-0 victory over Lecce on Saturday, Zlatan Ibrahimovic was involved in yet another fracas with a female journalist (through no fault of his own, Ibra nearly ran a reporter over outside Milanello a few weeks back) after the game.

Irked by questions about rumours that he and coach Massimiliano Allegri had endured a training ground barney during the week, Zlatan glared at Sky Italia reporter Vera Spadini and replied: “There are many people who talk without knowing anything and they would do better to shut up,” before moving on to talk with another press crew.

Ibrahimovic then pinged his sweaty headband at Spadini (you can’t quite see it on the video, but it happens at the 0:06 mark) before barking back at her: “What the f**k are you looking at?” and mooching off down the tunnel…

Milan have since confirmed that Ibra rang Vera shortly after to apologise for his behaviour and also offered her the chance to settle their dispute ‘The Zlatan Way’, i.e, roundhouse kicks at dawn.

Serious hardman picking on a female reporter, I reckon Claire Balding would beat him in an arm wrestle

    What a wanker.

Wow, the more I see & hear out of this dude, the more I lean towards completely hating him. I guess every generation produces a footballer who is just a total fucking arsehole. Seems like we’ve found the newest one…

I’d like to punch this fucker right in the face.

It’s cazzo guardi not caxxo :P
I agree he’s really brash, but the Italian media are always starting shit with him and Allegri.
I’m a Milanista, and I love his attitude sometimes, and then hate it sometimes.

  8. Dista says:

He behaves like a perfect arsehole, but of all the people there he’s not the most despicable: the laughing journalists are. He’s temperamental, but those pathetic arselickers are what I find depressing

  9. Duck Sauce says:

    A. Most of the comment above belong to hypocrites who pretend like they’re in Sunday school one minute, and then next they prove they enjoy using cusswords just as much as he (Ibra) does.

    B. I wouldn’t say “what the FUCK are you looking at” is the proper translation. “Che cazzo” is a less charged expression, more like “what the hell”. It wasn’t elegant, but he may have had his reasons and people would expect that attitude from a hardman like him anyway.
