Soccer - Barclays Premier League - West Bromwich Albion v Fulham - The Hawthorns

Felix Magath came within a whisker of celebrating his first game in charge of Fulham with a Precious away victory, only for ‘keeper Marten Stekelenberg to let Matja Vydra’s last strike sneak under his body and over the line.  The Cottagers had looked the sharper side from the off and were eventually rewarded with a goal on the half-hour mark courtesy of an Ashkan Dejagah strike after Lewis Hotlby had missed his shot completely. However, the introduction of Zoltan Gera and Victor Anichebe after the break gave the Baggies a much needed shot of energy and eventually that vital equaliser came. West Brom now find themselves a point above the danger-zone while the Cottagers stay bottom.
