Jurgen Klinsmann has a bit of previous when it comes to goal celebrations but, while it’s no match for his peerless efforts of yesteryear, Klinsi’s power-pumpin’ reaction to Robbie Rogers’ equaliser against Mexico last night was still pretty ‘epic’ as the kids say…

nice to see a coach for us to actually have some emotion about the match, great GIF too

  2. adam says:

Wow, a USMNT manager that actually shows emotion. He even smiled in the post game interviews.

  3. :) says:

love the scoreboard. most of all the soccer scores -_- even the yanks who DO soccer would rather be watching baseball apparently!

  4. Justin says:

espn2 does that at all times. Doesn’t matter what sport is on.

  5. moods says:

think his tactics and enthusiasm will do well for the US

  6. Ryan says:

Doesn’t take a genius to add Shea to the starting XI

@:) your comment didn’t make a whole lot of sense, but i bet you’d find it amusing to know that we didn’t get to see the first 20 minutes or so because there was a LITTLE LEAGUE baseball game going on before this that took priority over this friendly.

  8. ya boyyyy says:

@Ryan…dont think he’s ready to start just yet but I would like to see more of him for sure.

    Maybe Dempsey up top too?

  9. Michael says:

Someone needs to strengthen US defence. They have good goalkeepers but laughable defenders.

  10. Michael D says:

@Michael – putting Geoff Cameron as a CB would be very, very helpful…and oh yeah, anyone but the people that had at the left & right backs

  11. Jose says:

@golfwang It was actually 37 minutes here before they moved on to the soccer game after that riveting blowout in a LL regional semifinal! If we hadn’t gotten the ESPNnews feed due to baseball blackout rules… then again it could’ve been worse, it could’ve been bumped for poker or rodeo!

    @Michael D

Cherundolo is good, but he’s getting old. I think Tim Chandler wil be in the RB spot soon, and the LB spot Lichaj’s to lose at this point.
