Having been caught in no-man’s land high up the field after failing to deal with a long clearance, Peru U20 ‘keeper Angelo Campos somehow recovered to make one of the most lung-busting double saves we ever recall seeing against Uruguay’s U20 side in the South America U20 Championship…
Just to ramp up the prestige of the save, Campos’ Herculean efforts came with Uruguay 3-2 up, with Peru then going up the other end and sticking in an equaliser from the penalty spot just minutes before the gong.
