Cracking snap from yesterday’s various international dealings wherein spindly Real Madrid flyweight Angel Di Maria is forced to huff away on an oxygen canister after running out of puff during Argentina’s World Cup qualifier against Bolivia in La Paz, situated some 3,637 metres (11,932 feet) above sea level…

FIFA have a ban on World Cup qualifiers being played at altitudes above 3,000 metres but, much to the Argentina side’s dismay, Bolivia’s Estadio Hernando Siles is exempt.
