Let’s face it, winter’s been creeping in here since the start of June but, regardless, as of October 15th all of Nike’s top line boots: the Mercurial, the CTR360 Maestri, the Total 90 Laser and the Tiempo, will come fully loaded with ‘All Conditions Control’ – a special treatment which will hopefully improve the player’s touch and control as and when things start to get a little damp around the edges.

Granted, it’s not the most scintillating news, but we’ve got a whole host of nice photos and some of the new colourways are very ‘jazzy’ indeed – including one (the Mercurials) that appears to have been modelled on my Nan’s old bathroom suite…

Remember when everyone used to wear black-and-white boots? Without their initals or number or childnames on them (in case they forget their own or childrens name)? Nowadays they wear clownshoes like this.
