The idea was for football fans to Tweet using Puma’s new “#foreverfaster” hashtag to receive a personalised message from their favourite Puma athletes, including footballers Radamel Falcao, Cesc Fabregas and Marco Reus.
However, it all went a bit tits-up for Puma when fans starting setting up phony Twitter accounts with specifically chosen usernames, meaning that the personalised messages they received from Falcao and the gang came back looking like this…
