Stuck twiddling his thumbs while Cristiano Ronaldo and co. were busy getting their fill at the other end during Real Madrid’s frankly ridiculous 9-1 obliteration of Granada on Saturday, Iker Casillas kept himself busy by doing a few saintly good deeds.
After noticing a young fan get clonked by a wayward shot from Granada striker Ruben Rochina, Casillas first sent the medics up to check on the boy’s well-being.
Then, as a further gesture of goodwill, Casillas sent his jersey up to the lad at half-time…
As souvenirs of having your face turned inside-out at a football match go, that one ain’t half bad!
