Here’s one we missed from the weekend. Valencia’s players turned out for their game against Celta Vigo on Sunday wearing their names in Nepali on the back of their kits in a bid to raise money for victims of the massive earthquakes that have devastated the country in recent weeks.

The idea being that the unique shirts are now going to be auctioned off with all proceeds going directly to the Red Cross – which is pretty bloomin’ ace of them.

Short, sweet and faith-restoringly altruistic.
