The greatest gear that Austria and Switzerland has to offer

1. Holland away
Holland’s powder blue change strip continues the retro theme that Nike have maintained for the last three years or so. The KNVB is looking good as is the band around the chest.

2. Italy home
The Azzurri never venture too far wrong in the fashion stakes. Their latest offering from Puma is no exception. The blue is inevitable, and the gold hints towards continuing the success of the 2006 World Cup.

3. Holland home
Another effort from the Oranje, and this one is oranje. Just like Italy, you know what to expect from the Dutch home kit. As with their away strip it is quite cool in a retro-ish way. We are not convinced by the half-and-half collar, but the rest is good.

4. France away
It doesn’t look very French, but it is. Much better than the usual nondescript white effort.

5. Portugal home
Classic cool from the Portuguese. Always a favourite replica shirt among neutrals, and this one doesn’t disappoint. It’s plain but effective.

6. Austria away
Designed by Johnny Cash, perhaps, Austria’s away kit has a menacing charm to it.
