Being a teenager in the 90′s obsessed with championship manager turned me into a football nerd
Epic post. Loved it. Francis Benali and Alfe-Inge Haaland forever etched in my mind “too-many swaps to get rid of”.
18 for me, damn you Simon Rodger and Robert ullathorne.
18 is sieb dijkstra
re no 10, when did jim carrey ever play for chelsea
Good shout stu, think 6 is Simon Rodgers, 13 gunchev? 18 dytreska? Think names probably misspelled but remember the stickers!!
Also think 8 is don Hutchinson
Bloody hell #11 is Gordon Ramsay!
4 looks like Tim Curry
sweet, not a single united player
18 is Sieb Dykstra (i think that is the spelling).
16 for me. Quite proud!
For some reason whenever our school did trips to England games we always got to sit right next to the subs bench. I remember us all shouting abuse to John Scales during a whole match telling him he’s shit. We also chatted to David Seaman and he asked if any of our Mum’s were fit.
Those were the days.
I got five (it would have been six but I couldn’t remember Haaland’s name).
5. I never knew Conan O’Brien played for City.
Woo hoo! 20/20
In fairness me and my bro spent a fortune completing the 94/95 sticker book back in the day. Good times!
