There Are Few More Beautiful Sights In Nature Than Demba Ba In Full Flight (Photos)

It’s not secret that we bloody love Demba Ba here at Pies – after all, how could you not love a man who has scored not once but twice with his backside in the past 12 months?

Ba’s gangly, lolloping technique is like no other: flailing about wildly like his hip, knee and shoulder joints are held together with nothing but room temperature blu-tack and a kiss for good luck.

He probably shouldn’t be able to walk from a physiological standpoint, let alone bang goals in for fun. It’s a beautiful thing, and we’re here to salute it…

The defender’s face says it all there. Long may he reign!

I remember seeing on this very site a video this Demba Ba, representing Senegal, and scoring a header from OUTSIDE of the 18-yard box, if not very close to THE EDGE, but I haven’t been able find that video since it was taken down. If anyone knows about this goal, if it was Indeed Demba Ba or not, I’d really appreciate a reply to this comment.

I STILL HAVEN’T FOUND WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR.

@bono – I beleive the goal you were referencing was this one – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tRenBlTT0nQ – scored by Papiss Cisse.

He was actually well outside the box and its a great goal to watch. Thanks for the tip.
