The first part of our pictorial celebration of the 2010 World Cup (Photos: PA):
Quite a lot to flick through but I think it’s worth it – some cracking pics in there. If you can’t be arsed to scroll through the gallery then, you know, that’s entirely up to you.
Part 2 up tomorrow.

I cant believe you actually expect us to use your shit gallery and click through all these pictures. Sorry but someone has to say it. Maybe it will hurry you along to finding a better solution. I’d rather you just paste them on the page fuck the aesthetics. I don’t want to have to load your site 50 times to look at pics.
Nuff said.
I’m sorry but I have to agree. What you call “scroll through the gallery” is actually individually loading a page 50 separate times for a photo each. There’s no scrolling in that.
If there was at least a way to load all/most of the pages in tabs simultaneously then I’d do it since they do seem to be great images. But this way the usability aspect is just way too poor! Pity, I probably would have stumbled and tweeted your post.
Ollie has said more than once he’s working on it. Enough bashing.
Ollie may I suggest adding up a ‘notify me of followup comments via e-mail’ little box?
I like your collection, good job
Picture six of Dempsey is in a match against Slovenia not England. Look at the shirt behind him.
I looked trough 15 pictures.
I want 5 min in my life back.
