    These are amazing :)

  3. patrick says:

most of those are neat. that’s a tough function on nikkon dslr to get right. it helps to be drastically above the target with a wide focus lens 18 mm or less. cheers.

  4. Ventilan says:

Thanks for the clarification, patrick. although some do look like they just blurred outside the focus point

    Thanks, Chris. Love this.

Theres a photographer called David Burnett who takes amazing photos like these. If you don’t have the camera for it, you can use Photoshop to achieve a similar effect.

  6. Montesquieu says:

Some of them are amazing, but some, like 13, 14, 15 and 20 the effect was good but the choice of image was a bad one.

  7. Dan says:

Reminds me of when you go to those model villages, awesome.

  8. Rich says:

All they’ve done to half of those photos is blur the top and bottom of the image, leaving a one part of the image in focus. It would take about 30 seconds to do on Photoshop…

  9. I’m not a fan of tilt and shift lenses but in some of these shots it works quite well….
