It was almost inevitable, but Charlie Adam’s wayward (and that’s being kind) penalty against Cardiff in the shoot-out has been given the GIF treatment…

Incidentally, this is the very GIF that sparked a ‘Twitter war’ between ruddy-faced chatwanker Piers Morgan and Adam himself last night but, quite frankly, it was so dull and tawdry that even we’re not going to bother with it.
