Football GIF: Luis Suarez Trolls David Moyes With Mock Swan Dive Goal Celebration

By Chris Wright

Speaking to the BBC on Friday, Everton manager David Moyes made the 100% unarguable assertion that Luis Suarez has a penchant for chucking himself around all game every game and, when the Uruguayan ‘opened the scoring’ (read: clanged a wayward shot/cross in off Leighton Baines), he duly chose to celebrate with his usual level of class and decorum – playing up to Moyes’ comments, charging over to the Everton bench and staging a faux swan dive right in front of it…

To be fair to Moyes, he took it with good grace, telling the Beeb after the match: ”I thought it was great. I actually quite liked that and it’s the sort of thing I’d have done if I’d have scored.”

Luis Suarez trolls? More like being a troll. Score your goal, celebrate in style, then go back to playing. Right in front of the Everton bench too. This guy lacks more respect everyday.

  2. Si says:

I will openly admit that I am a card-carrying Suarez hater but fair play to him, that was an outstanding celebration.

  3. Wilma says:

    top work

  4. C says:

    Well played.

  5. Mr. Chopper says:

He’s a proper footballing heel. Celebrates own goals like he’s scored them, fouls and proclaims innocence, dives like he’s been shot, looks like a tool, clearly has talent (but often does f*ck all with it)…

With Balotelli seemingly AWOL, don’t we need somebody like this clown?

  6. JT says:

    Absolutely love it!

  7. Rem says:

Moyes deserved this after opening his mouth and going on about Suarez. What he should have done was told his captain not to dive. I think the celebration was a good stick to Moyes for being a chatty Cathy.

  8. Foran44 says:

I’m sorry but I think that was a fantastic celebration!
