This is most timely, as it looked to my tired eyes as if Gerrard dived shamelessly last night against Arsenal, in a late bid to win a free-kick on the edge of the Gunners’ area. The ref did give Liverpool the free-kick, though not for the ‘foul’ on Stevie G, and then Liverpool’s skipper blasted it against Cesc Fabregas’s hand. Karma, you might say.

When he was younger, Gerrard was too busy pressing the ball and chasing back to bother with all this dihonest shite. Now though, as his wages have increased dramatically, he’s turned into every other diving little bell end we’re all so tired of.
He’s just not prepared to put forth the effort anymore. So he takes the easy way out.
There’s pretty much only one major footballer who NEVER dives, and even prevents himself from going over from wild challenges. Happily, he’s been recognised as the best player in the world.
Gerrard is as we can all see a cunning diving hypocritical lying sly cheat.Watched the prick against Everton and the Arse and have seen enough of his antics. Gerrard your a disgrace to our league..Move on.
