Football Vine: Kolo, Kolo Kolo, Kolo Kolo, Kolo Kolo Toure (O.G)

By Chris Wright

Coming a week or so after his delightfully-weighted assist for (West Brom’s) Victor Anichebe, Kolo Toure continued on his magical quest of self-destruction with an absolute howler of an own-goal against Fulham last night – slicing a choppy, bouncing ball past Simon Mignolet and into the back of the Liverpool goal under almost no pressure whatsoever…

Classic, but our Kolo’s fine night’s work wasn’t finished there, oh no – he then body-slammed referee Phil Down to the ground like the proverbial Wrecking Ball just to put the icing on the dog turd…

(Vine: De Marke/Mark Farrelly)

    Djimi Traore 2.0

    The worst player I ever saw played for our sunday leage works team. He was the captains best mate and was a lovely man, a lawyer nicknamed Manny the Muppet. He used to play left back, had two left feet, could not trap a bag of cement, his tackles were car crashes and his clearances were either fresh air shots or shinned anywhere. We all used to hold our breath if Manny was ever going to do something on the football field in the assured knowledge that the outcome would be horrific. Somehow Kolo Toure seems to have morphed into a Premier League Manny the Muppet….

    What a joke of a football player.

    @Steve Morris
    If he was playing LB would two left feet not be a good thing?
