Steven Gerrard Makes V-Sign At Referee Andre Marriner (With Photo)
By Ollie Irish

“Two words, a book and a film, first word has three syllables…”
Steven Gerrard could be punished after appearing to flash a V-sign at ref Andre Marriner during Liverpool’s defeat at Wigan on Monday evening.
However, I very much doubt Stevie G (‘Stevie V’, The Sun dubbed him – ho ho ho) will be found guilty of anything, as he could very easily claim in his defence that he was merely informing the ref that it was “just his second foul”.
