I’m not surprised Liverpool’s players didn’t want to stay out on the pitch after their feeble display against Chelsea. No trophies, no Champions League football next year, no value in Rafa’s guarantee – it’s been a horrible season for Liverpool and it’s surely time for Benitez to move on; he’s done at Anfield. For the sake of Liverpool fans, I hope Fernando Torres doesn’t feel the same way.
