Such was the whirlwind nature of Liverpool’s deadline day dealings, both Andy Carroll and Luis Suarez had to be officially ‘unveiled’ at Anfield a day after the latter had actually made his debut against Stoke!

For the record, Carroll is still a few weeks from full fitness thanks to a thigh injury he’s been carrying since late December.
