Much as I love people telling Wenger where to go, Kenny was just as aware as Rooney that he was on live television, the camera was right over Wengers shoulder.
Based on the fact that he commited the same offence as Rooney, with the mitigating circumstances that he did not direct his outburst at the camera itself, I would give him a 1 game touchline ban.
