In which Liverpool duo Charlie Adam and Andy Carroll go head-to-head and get (a little too invested in…) a charity bake-off at Melwood in aid of ‘Bake A Difference’ campaign – the latest fund-raising campaign from long-standing kiddywinks show Blue Peter.

Both are charged with making a Victoria Sponge cake to impress the palette of esteemed patissiere and judge Pepe Reina, and it becomes very clear very early that, behind all the smiles and pleasantries, NEITHER man wants to lose this one…

Christ on a bike, it doesn’t half get tense at the end there. Those were two incredible cakes hats mind.
