Pepe Reina: ‘I would die for that Liverpool shirt’

Quote of the day comes from Liverpool keeper Pepe Reina:
“My commitment to Liverpool is 100 per cent. I would die for that Liverpool shirt.
“I think the club loves me and I feel the same, no matter what the situation. I can’t say any more than that.”
Reina was talking to Liverpool’s official website about the fact that he has yet to sign a new contract. Don’t worry Pepe, I think your future at Anfield is quite safe.
I’m no Liverpool fan but I do have a big soft spot for Reina. Top bloke, top keeper.

Hear, hear! Who would not have a big soft spot for such an amazing keeper and phenomenal character…
I wonder how fast he’d run if some hardcore “Spirit of Shankly” Reds fans wanted to catch him in order to make a human sacrifice to their deity.
He should watch his mouth, these fools are really f***ed up in their heads

it’s always nice when one of the good guys is also an exceptional player.
I wouldn’t die for the ugly yellow shirt… ;_;
