It was Pablo Zabaleta’s 28th birthday yesterday (we know, we know…) and to celebrate his missus bought him a cake – not just any cake mind you, oh no – Mrs Zab went and had her husband rendered in sponge, jam and icing, complete with superman cape, stubble and obligatory head wound bandage…

Lovely work Mrs Z, kudos on the attention to detail. It’s almost as good as the birthday cake Juan Mata had made for David Luiz last year. Almost.
