It would appear that the Cardiff City team bus fled the scene of Saturday’s 4-2 drubbing by Manchester City in so much of a hurry that they left a bemused Gary Medel behind in the Etihad carpark – with the Chilean midfielder forced to get the train back home on his lonesome after the game.
Don’t just take our word for it though! Several travelling Cardiff fans posted photos of Medel, sitting on his tod in economy class, on Twitter during the journey back to Wales.
So yeah Gary Medel just got on the train. Travelling with the lads like. pic.twitter.com/bpeqV1MCSQ

Lovely stuff, though what this says about Cardiff City’s organisation is another matter entirely.
