West Ham have endured a disappointing season so far, and on Friday, the Hammers were again on the wrong end of a poor result, losing 5-0 to Manchester City at the London Stadium in a one-sided FA Cup tie.

However, the Hammers’ fan did have something to cheer about when a couple of cheeky pitch invaders decided to recreate a prior controversial penalty incident.

The initial penalty incident came on 33 minutes, when Angelo Ogbonna was rather harshly judged to have fouled Pablo Zabaleta in the box. Yaya Touré subsequently netted the resulting spot-kick to open the scoring for City.

The two pitch invaders, one dressed as Spiderman and the other in a West Ham top and yellow trousers, recreated the foul before being chased off the pitch by the stewards…

A Havard Nordtveit own-goal along with goals from David Silva, Sergio Aguero and John Stones would secure a convincing 5-0 win for Pep Guardiola’s Citizens.

West Ham fans currently need all the laughs they can get!
