Boo. Poor journalism here, lads.
This story has been floating round for a while, and the first club to speak up about using the telly revenue to slash season and matchday ticket prices next season was Blackburn.
http://msnsport.skysports.com/list.aspx?hlid=443782&CPID=8&clid=5&lid=&title=Rovers+call+for+price+cuts
http://msnsport.skysports.com/list.aspx?hlid=450313&CPID=8&clid=5&lid=&title=Rovers+reaffirm+ticket+pledge
Bolton aren't half as generous as their recent press release would like you to believe. Bolton had the cheek to originally charge Rovers away fans £32 for the upcoming fixture at the Reebok. The corresponding fixture at Ewood last year cost travelling Trotters only £15. Bolton have now lowered the price to £24. Not quite repaying the favour.
Everything else is tip-top, keep it up, I love the Pies.
