  1. Phil says:

    Outrageous skill.

  2. Jesus says:

    I hate you, Wenger!

  3. @OldNumber7Shirt says:

Delicious and yet traitorous at the same time. Such skill.

  4. Grobnerhof says:

A simple reminder of why football seduces me in small moments. Didn’t the Brazilians profess to play like this at one time? Jogo Bonito, RIP … revived by RVP.

  5. Rob says:

No end product = no point. Well it did go to Wellbeck does that count as no end product?

  6. Tom says:

This time maybe, but Welbeck’s goal beat Madrid. That’s an end product many dream of.

  7. Sonny says:

He meant RVP’s skill had an end-product, unlike a lot of showboaters.

  8. swandive says:

    god i miss him…..

The man is a living God. I do feel for Arsenal fans, the pain must still run deep.

van Persie is the complete footballer. Total Football, if you want the cliché.

As a United supporter I actively watched Arsenal games just to see him play.

On the day he signed for us, the first thing I did was get my wife to go to the shop and get a United shirt with a big fucking 20 and V. PERSIE on the back.

Robin signing for us reminded me of Christmas day as a kid.

    Just brilliant!

    @Rob: You bitch.
