Berbatov out for £20 million and use that money to buy benzema plus the £30 million summer budget would deal with the money side of the saurez deal. Benzema would most probably come for just £20 million in search of proper first team football after his nightmare at real sitting on the bench at the bernabau watching with envy at gonzalo higuain scoring wonder goals for fun.

Vargas has only been performing at a high level since he moved into the midfield — he’s a much, much better winger than he is a fullback. Wayne Bridge would probably not be threatened.
