The first leg at Old Trafford saw Man Utd take a slim lead over to Milan:

Great goal by Wazza Rooney to win it.

United froze in the return leg though, and Milan cantered to a 3-0 win, thanks in part to a brilliant performance by Kaka:

And because it never gets tired, this is how the great Tiziano Crudeli reacted to Milan’s second-leg triumph:

The Serie A giants, the only non-Premier League team to make it to the last four, then beat Liverpool 2-1 in the final.
