Wonders will never cease. Manchester United have decided not to take up their option to transmogrify Radamel Falcao’s one-season loan into a permanent deal…

“Falcao is a top professional and a good human being. I would like to wish him well for the future,” Louis van Gaal told United’s website.

Who’d have thunk it? According to the Beeb, signing Falcao on a permanent basis would likely set United back a whopping £43.2million which sounds like an awful lot for a shot-shy striker with 4 goals in his last 29 appearances.

Indeed, it looks like the man himself has said his goodbyes too…

Damn shame. Falcao at Old Trafford could and probably should have been something exquisite, but instead we had to sit through a bad cover version of one of the finest strikers of the last decade.

Moving on…

There were flashes of brilliance but just not enough. In the end he probably tried too much to get on the scoresheet. I thought he played well last week against Arsenal, probably his best game for the club.

What amazes me is for country he plays phenomenal and scores but for United just flashes of brilliance here and there. I can’t seem to figure it out.
Nonetheless, all the best falcao.. Thanks for the memories!!

He score good goal couple time but normally he work too slow to track back and the defense. My friend he play in Spain again you watch. Fantastic talent great ability and young and talent.

He deserves the shitty season he had. The majority of the moves he made in his career were only based on the positive impact they would have in his and his fifa agent (the corrupt Mendes) bank accounts and not his careeer.
